Processing & Delivery: 

Please allow around 7-8 business days for your orders to be processed. For clothing this might vary as the clothing merch is being fulfilled by another supplier than myself. I hope to soon have my own packaging and ship everything out locally, but as for now please be patient!

 

My order has not shown up yet?

With Covid about things are a little slower than usual, You will receive confirmation once I’ve gotten the receipt for sending out orders! Please allow it up to 2 weeks to arrive, if it still hasn’t please contact me, I will try to do the best I can.

 

Is there anyone I can speak to regarding support??

Yep, Me, everything regarding the brand is solely run by myself. There might be delays in responses sometimes. I’m only human and I hope you can understand

 

Shipping Policy:

Please DOUBLE check your shipping address to make sure it’s being sent to the right address, unfortunately It’s out of my hands if its delivered to the wrong address.

 

Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS USING INCORRECT ADDRESS IN ORDER. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS TO "CANCEL AN ORDER". DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED PER DAMAGE ON ITEM [WITH IMAGE PROOF]. AFTER ITEM HAS SHIPPED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
